I specialize in creating nutrient dense meals that nourish the body and support its ability to heal and thrive. My focus is first to find quality ingredients in the form of organic produce, pasture raised & grass fed proteins that are ethically sourced, and removing processed items from our plates. The food I create comes from a place of mindfulness and love. I truly believe how you do one thing is how you do everything, so I take my mindfulness practices with me into the kitchen. I like to keep it simple, tasty, and fresh.
